It starts with the ship design

Our ShipYard builds a complete physics-based model of your vessel. Start with an IMO number and we build from fleet-wide design intelligence and 1,500 CFD simulations. Provide full design inputs and the model reflects every detail of your specific hull, machinery and systems.

Layer in operational conditions including draft, trim, windage, fouling state, engine margin, and the model reflects exactly how your vessel is configured at any point in time.

Either way, the model computes how your vessel moves, resists and propels itself through water across any metocean condition. Speed, fuel consumption, rudder angle, brake power, specific fuel consumption, calm water resistance, accelerations and seakeeping score across all outputs and all conditions.

Then we simulate any voyage

The Voyage Endpoint takes the Ship Design Model and simulates vessel behaviour at every waypoint of any route. Feed it hindcast, forecast or statistical weather. Run historic routes or plan port to port. The output is a complete picture of how your vessel would perform across that voyage under those exact conditions.

Real data. Real performance.

The Vessel Intelligence Model takes the Ship Design Model and continuously refines it against real operational data. Noon reports, high frequency sensor data, brake power measurements, fuel flow and AIS routing are fused with hindcast weather, wind, waves and current.

Calibration

Real data adjusts the model to the individual characteristics of your hull and machinery, making it sharper over time.

Validation

You can see exactly how closely simulated performance matches real voyage data, building confidence in every output the model produces.

Performance monitoring

Set a baseline and deviations in the operational data reveal fouling buildup, engine degradation and performance loss before they become serious problems.
